Age 15-19 Amateur Division
Are you ready to make your competition debut or take your training to the next level? The Teen Division at WNBF Sands of Strength is designed for young athletes who are serious about the sport — and even more serious about doing it the right way.
This is your chance to hit the stage in a tested, drug-free competition and go head-to-head with other driven teens in your age group.

- Register as a WNBF Amateur competitor
- Comply with WNBF drug-free eligibility standards
- Pass a required polygraph test

Teen athletes may enter any of the following categories:
Can I Compete in More Than One Division?
Yes! You can crossover between divisions and categories if you meet the eligibility for each.
Do I Have to Take a Polygraph?

- Polygraph tests are valid for 6 weeks
- If tested for another WNBF show recently, let us know — we’ll confirm it with the WNBF
- Testing is scheduled in advance and conducted by certified professionals
