Proving Age Is Just A Number

The Masters Division is for experienced athletes who are 40 years of age or older. Whether you’ve been competing for years or are stepping on stage for the first time later in life, this division celebrates dedication, longevity, and next-level natural physiques.

This is an amateur division and requires an active WNBF Amateur Membership to participate.

You should register for the Masters Division if:

  • Competitors 40 years or older by the day of the show (ager is verified using government issued ID)
  • Athletes with previous competition experience
  • First-time competitors who meet the age requirement
  • Those looking to challenge themselves among peers in their age group
  • Must be 40 years of age or older by day of the show
  • Must comply with all WNBF rules and guidelines
  • Pass a required polygraph test

Masters athletes may enter any of the following categories:

Yes — and many Masters athletes do! You’re allowed to register for more than one division and/or category.

Yes. The WNBF requires all amateur competitors to pass a comprehensive polygraph exam prior to show day. This test confirms you are competing 100% drug-free and meet the federation’s integrity standards.

  • Polygraph tests are valid for 6 weeks
  • If tested for another WNBF show recently, let us know — we’ll confirm it with the WNBF
  • Testing is scheduled in advance and conducted by certified professionals
